Gone Swimming!

Leila tried out swimming in the pool at Temescal Pool near where we live. We think she had fun!

Mama, Dada, and I got in the car and took a road trip down to Los Angeles to visit family for the weekend. I was a very good baby and slept the whole car ride (both ways!). While we were there I visited with so many people! It was quite a whirlwind of a visit. Here are some photos of the friends and family I spent time with.

Sunday morning we went to visit Stephanie and had brunch with her and her dad, Jack. Stephanie is my Mama's oldest friend from when she was a little girl.





















Sunday we had a late lunch in the Malibu Country Mart with Uncle Karim and my soon-to-be Auntie Rebecca (they're getting married in one year in Paris....we are all so excited!)





















Nana could not stop giving me kisses all weekend long! She's also really good at making me smile.

C.J. came to visit this holiday weekend with Jessica, his girlfriend. Leila had a great time getting to know her uncle a bit better.

A chilly picnic at Chicken Ranch Beach in Inverness, Tomales Bay. CJ said the weather and surroundings looked like Inverness, Scotland, brrrrrrrr! You can hardly see Leila as she's all bundled up!

A day at the horse races (Golden Gate Fields). We had a great time, placing some bets. Our horses won a few races, but we ended coming home short a little what we started out with!
