The last week we did a little travelling. First to LA, primarily for Ethan's 9th birthday, and then to Seattle to visit Amir's brother and family and our friend Lisa and her family.

Hey, what's up?

So we know its been awhile, but seriously, there has been way too much going on to sit behind the slowest computer in the world and watch one picture load 20 minutes at a time. Good news though....we are getting a new computer (joint Valentines Day gift to ourselves!) and keeping up the blog will be a cinch, right?

Anyway, to keep you all updated. Leila has a lovely purple cast on her right foot and leg. She fractured the metatarsel bone and has to have a cast and walking boot for 3 weeks total. We have made it through one week. For those of you wanting to know just how on earth a 1 1/2 year old breaks her foot? Running and slipping on a tile floor in socks!

Despite the handicap, Leila has proved that she can still run, climb, and somersault with the best of them!
